Led by licensed nutritionist Lynn Bednar, the store prioritizes quality, offering premier supplements with free same-day delivery and personalized consultations for the community's well-being.
As Lead Designer, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs. I focused on intuitive navigation and search features, enhancing site usability. By understanding user personas deeply, I exceeded both business and user expectations. Working closely with developers, I ensured design concepts were efficiently implemented for a seamless user experience.
The process begins with thorough research and analysis, followed by conceptualization to formulate a cohesive design system. Wireframing sketches out the basic structure, akin to drafting blueprints. Finally, high-fidelity design adds detail and branding, resulting in a polished final product.
