Through the Re-defined curated location listings, simple online contracts process, and their ability to mobilize and deliver custom workspace solutions, They aim to be the clearest voice when it comes to introducing flexible work to your business and employees
The need for the project was focused on designing a website to connect multiple target audiences; Tenants with Buyer, Businesses with Building Owner, Developer with Landlords. RE-defined was born out of a simple idea - to unlock the world of flexible offices for both landlords and tenants, providing an open, honest and transparent service.
In this project, we collaborated with the team at The Jupiter and the Giraffe to create a well-defined and structured front-end website along with a custom Appraisal Calculator tool. This tool is designed to assist landlords in calculating the value of their buildings. My role in the project is as a UI Designer, refining low-fidelity wireframes provided by their UX Specialist, Steve Coe. I collaborate closely with my manager, who focuses on gathering information from the client, while my primary focus is on crafting the design and creating assets on Figma. These assets are then prepared for handoff to the Developers.
Our collective efforts were directed towards creating a handy set of tools for building the website, catering to the needs of the client’s target audience. The design of the website is structured to enhance the user experience, particularly when browsing through the curated buildings, ensuring efficiency and ease of use.
The process begins with thorough research and analysis, followed by conceptualization to formulate a cohesive design system. Wireframing sketches out the basic structure, akin to drafting blueprints. Finally, high-fidelity design adds detail and branding, resulting in a polished final product.
Understanding user needs and market trends help us establishing guidelines for consistent and efficient design execution.
