Milez app provides quick assistance for automotive issues, connecting users with certified and background-checked roadside specialists. With no subscription or exorbitant fees, the app ensures prompt and affordable help, making it a reliable and hassle-free solution for drivers in need.
The Milez app, already in development with core backend functions, lacked consideration for user concerns and user-friendliness in its front-end design. Collaboratively, we embarked on crafting a comprehensive UX strategy, designing both UX and UI elements. Adhering to brand identity standards, we meticulously developed desired flows, touchpoints, and interactions. Additionally, we produced product prototypes to provide a tangible experience of the fully functional app, facilitating thorough testing of each user flow and ultimately aiming for a market-ready MVP product.
